摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,冰乙酸、仲丁醇为原料合成了醋酸仲丁酯。利用正交设计法确定了反应的优化条件:醇酸比1.6∶1,催化剂用量1.98 g,反应时间120 min,带水剂用量15 mL。优化条件下酯化率可达88%。
sec-Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and sec-butyl alcohol catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments including molar ratio of secbutyl alcohol to acetic acid of 1.6:1 ,dosage of catalyst of 1.98 g,reaetion time of 120 min and water-carrying agent of 15 mL. Under these conditions,the esterification rate could reach 88%.
