员工差错报告决策与组织事故概率研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章运用包含噪声的贝叶斯博弈模型分析员工的差错报告决策,得到唯一的贝叶斯纳什均衡,并由此推断组织的事故概率。研究结果表明:员工对报告差错的收益预期、员工的个体差异、组织规模和任务相依程度将影响组织的事故概率。
