摘要
以知识为基础的技术能力是科技型新创企业的核心竞争力,因此,知识如何转化为技术能力是影响科技型新创企业成长的关键因素。运用仿生学原理构建科技型新创企业知识转化影响因素的三维度结构模型,即转化环境、转化基因和转化潜力,能够实现对科技型新创企业知识转化进行系统性评价。实证检验结果表明,基于三维度的知识转化模型是一个多要素共同作用的复杂过程,该模型能够为科技型新创企业知识转化研究提供理论支持。
Technical competence based on knowledge is the core competence of high-tech start-ups. Therefore, how to transform knowledge into technical competence is the key factor affecting the growth of high-tech start-ups. The construction of three-dimensional structure model of the factors affecting knowl- edge transformation of high-tech start-ups with bionic principles, namely, the environment of transforma- tion , transformating gene and the potential of transformation , will lead to a systematic evaluation of high-tech start-ups' knowledge transformation. The empirical results show that, knowledge transforma- tion model based on three-dimensional structure is a complex process of the interaction of multiple fac- tors. This model can provide theoretical support for studies on knowledge transformation of high-tech start-ups.
