摘要
2013年10月,水电水利规划设计总院颁布了《水电站输水发电系统调节保证设计专题报告编制暂行规定(试行)》。该规定首次明确了"调节保证设计"的概念,并对调节保证设计中涉及的几个主要参数进行了说明和规定;引入了与水工荷载设计工况对应的设计工况和校核工况理念。"暂行规定"还对不同设计阶段对调节保证设计的不同要求进行了规定,并就现场一管多机甩负荷试验提出了具体要求。
China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute has issued the"Interim Provisions on Report Preparation of Regulation Guarantee Design of Water Delivery-Power Generation System in Hydropower Stations" (Trial) in October 2013. These provisions define the concept of Design of Regulation Guarantee firstly, and specify several key parameters involved in the design of regulation guarantee. The concepts of Design Conditions and Checking Conditions are introduced, which are corresponded to the conditions of hydraulic load designs. These provisions also specify the different requirements on the design of regulation guarantee in different design stages, and the specific requirements on on-site load rejection tests of several turbine-generators with one water delivery pipeline.
