摘要
在前模仁和后模仁之间设置数个成型模腔,并将锥形介入后模的进胶口设置在键盘按键内壁上,设计出一次性成型所有按键的键盘按键模具,有效解决了模具数量多、企业成本高、效率低的问题;同时采用H13钢作为模具用钢,经过热处理和电子束表面改性处理,其硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性较现用模具有显著提高,模具使用寿命延长,进一步降低企业成本。
The die for keyboard button, which could mold all buttons at the same time, was designed based on setting up many mould cavities between front mould kernel and back mould kernel, and installing the cone-shaped adhesive injector intervening to back mould on the innermost wall of the keyboard button. So it could effectively avoid the problems of numerous dies, higher business cost and inefficiency. All together, chosing H13 steel as the die steel, which was heat-treated and surface-modified by electron beam, the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the die observably improve, and the die life prolong, enterprise costs further reduce.
