摘要
利用UG软件进行壳体件建模,再导入有限元分析软件Procast中进行充型和凝固过程仿真数值模拟,选择出最优工艺参数组合并,对零件模拟结果产生的缺陷部位进行分析,通过改善其工艺,有效控制和减少了缺陷在重要部位的产生,得到了理想的铸件。
The shell parts were modeled by UG sotftware, then the model was imported into Procast finite element analysis software for numerical simulation of filling and solidification process. The optimal combination of process parameters was selected and the defective position in the simulation was analyzed. Then the process was improved to effectively control and reduce the defects in important place, get ideal casting.
