摘要
针对水泥样品库中样品实时状态、检验数据和环境的有效监控,提出了一套基于RFID技术,采用C8051F340单片机为核心的无线数据采集装置设计方案.详细介绍了无线接收模块,温湿度传感器模块,存储器模块和报警模块等硬件电路及软件设计方法,实现了采集测控样品的状态、存储检验数据和环境温湿度和超限报警,完成与上位机通信,实现水泥样品库现场的参数信息数据传输.
In this paper, a design scheme for wireless data acquisition device with C8051F340 singlechip as core and based on RFID technique, was raised specificly to the real-time condition and inspection data of samples in cement sample bank and effective monitoring of environment. Design approach of hardware circuit and software such as wireless receiving module, humiture sensor module, storage module, and alarm module are introduced in detail. The gathering of the conditions of the observed and controlled sample, memory of inspection data and ambient temperature and relative humidity, and out of limit alarming are realized, and the transfer of cement sample bank site's parameter information is achieved by communication with upper computer.
