摘要
集装箱运输是运输业的改革目标,集装箱汽车运输则是集装箱运输的重要环节。在铁道部和中国集装箱总公司的有关会议、文件中提到了集装箱“重去重回”这一概念,本文就集装箱市内门到门重去重回运输优化问题,提出了一种可行的设计方法,这个方法从动态的观点出发,考虑了汽车车型、车数、收发集装箱箱型、箱数、收发箱单位地址五个因素,在计算机上运行后可明显观测到此方法能减少汽车空驶里程,提高集装箱运用率。这一方法还解决了集装箱运输优化数学模型设计问题。
Container transporting is a goal in transportation trade reform, and container transportation by autotruck is a important aspect in the transportation. 'LOAD GO AND BACK' in container transportation has been mentioned in meetings and documents of Ministry of Railway and China Container Corporation. This article gives a feasible planning method to optimize the program of container 'LOAD GO AND BACK'. The method, in the viewpoint of dynamic, considers five factors, the autotruck stype and amount collecting and delivering container type, container amount, the address of collecter and deliverer. Through optimization by computer. It is clear that unload empty-transport ation decreases and container utilization ratio increases. The method provide us a way to plan optimization mathematic model in container transporting.
