不锈钢薄带液态铸轧过程的数值模拟 被引量:8

摘要 基于耦合的三维 Navier- Stokes动量方程和能量方程建立了双辊铸轧不锈钢薄带的流——热模型。利用有限元法计算了不同铸轧速度和不同浇铸温度下熔池内的流场和温度场 ,得到了不同工艺条件下熔池内凝固变化的情况 ,给出了铸轧辊轴向不同位置的热流密度的变化的情况 。 A mumerical model of fluid flow and heat transfer in roll casting stainless strip is developed based on the coupled Navier\|Stokes and heat transfer equations.The flow and temperature fields in different casting speeds and in different feed temperature are given by finite element method calculating.The changing tendency of the solidification shell are also gained.The gained changing tendency of heat flux in different position of the roll are in good agree with the experimental datas.
