摘要
概述了铁矿粉的烧结基础性能及其研究现状,分析了现有的烧结配矿研究方法和技术,对烧结优化配矿的进一步发展和完善进行了展望。指出以铁矿粉烧结性能为基础,建立综合全面的烧结配矿系统是烧结优化配矿的发展方向之一。应充分利用神经网络、Matlab等数学软件的优越性,开发烧结优化配矿专家系统。
The sintering basic performance of iron ore fines and its research status were overviewed, the existing re- search methodologies and techniques of sintered ore blending were analyzed, and the further development and im- provement of sintering optimization ore matching was prospected. It is suggested that the establishment of inte- grated comprehensive system of sintering ore, which is based on the iron ore sintering performance, is one of the development direction of sintering optimization ore matching. It should make full use of advantages of neural net- works and Matlab mathematical software to develop the expert system for sintering optimization ore matching.
