摘要
对二苯基二甲氧基硅烷合成工艺进行了研究 ,考察了温度、反应时间及甲醇用量对反应的影响 ,确立了最佳工艺条件 ,产品收率在 90 %以上 ,产品纯度为 96% ,产品对丙烯聚合应用试验表明 ,其助催化性能优良 .
This paper reported the study for synthetic technique of propylenesubcat alyst. The effects of different temperature,reaction time and amoun ts of methanol on the reaction has been tested and an optimalnoperation condition has been determined. The yield is greater than 90 % with purity of 96 %. Industrail application showed that the pertormance of dimethan xy diphenyl silane is good.
