摘要
介绍了 Ｎａ Ｙ 分子筛合成大型化新工艺生产控制技术及其应用情况。利用该技术实现了生产过程的控制与监视，使 Ｎａ Ｙ 分子筛合成过程操作平稳，投料配方准确，产品质量稳定，同时，提高了生产效率，降低了成本，具有可观的经济效益。
The application situation of the enlarged equipment and new control technique for NaY molecular sieve synthesizing was introduced. The process control and monitoring had been realized by the technique. It makes operation steady, feed accuracy and product quality steady during NaY sieve synthesizing. At the same time, it also raised the production efficiency, lowered the production cost, and economic benefit is considerable.
