摘要
农村土地整理是解决耕地分割细碎、水利设施短缺、质量较低和农田环境恶化等问题的有效措施。分析了祁县农村土地整理工作的成绩及存在的问题,从政策宣传、法规完善、建设规划、组织实施、工程质量、验收管理等方面阐述了在土地整理建设中应采取的措施。
Rural land reclamation is an effective measure for solving the fine division of cultivated land, the shortage and lower quality of water conservancy facilities, and the degradation of farmland environment and other problems. This paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of rural land reclamation work of Qixian County, and expounds the measures that should be taken in land reclamation construction from aspects of policy propaganda, perfection of laws and regulations, construction plan, organization of implementation, construction quality, and acceptance management, etc.
