摘要
针对离轴非球面三反射镜光学系统 ,采用多视场自准干涉检验 ,得到表征系统失调的一系列像差值 ,将之作为校正对象 ,利用最小二乘优化算法来确定系统的失调量。当失调状态被确定后 ,在理论上证明了通过单步校正达到理想装调要求是可行的。
Assuming the requirements of optical design and the precision of the optical manufacturing are satisfied, the key of high imaging quality in an optical system is to assure the accuracy of alignment after assembling all the mechanical components. In accordance with a three-mirror off-axis aspherical system, a new way was put forward. Autocollimating interferometric measurement at multi-field of view was used to get a set of aberration representing the system misalignment. The aberrations are regarded as the revised target. A least-square computer optimization algorithm was used to predict mirror adjustments. Once the misalignment is determined, the feasibility of correction is proved theoretically. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results were given.
