摘要
目的辅酶Q10对不同性别小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用的影响。方法分别将雌、雄小鼠分为4组,即溶剂对照组(大豆油)和低、中、高3个剂量组(0.042 g/kg,0.083 g/kg,0.250 g/kg)。小鼠经口灌胃不同剂量辅酶Q10样品30 d,观察各组小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖元、以及游泳后血清尿素、血乳酸指标的变化。结果与溶剂对照组相比,辅酶Q103个剂量组雌性小鼠负重游泳时间、小鼠肝糖原含量、小鼠运动后血清尿素含量、血乳酸含量和溶剂对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。辅酶Q103个剂量组雄性小鼠与溶剂对照组相比,中剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间;中、高剂量组均能明显降低小鼠运动后血清尿素含量;低、中、高3个剂量组均能明显降低小鼠游泳后20 min血乳酸含量和血乳酸曲线下面积(P<0.05)。结论辅酶Q10对雄性小鼠具有缓解体力疲劳作用,对雌性小鼠作用不明显。
Objective To study the alleviating physical fatigue function of coenzyme Q^0 in mice of different genders. Meth- ods The female and male mice were divided into 4 groups respectively, the solvent control group( soybean oil) and the low, medium and high dose group (0. 042 g/kg, 0.0 83 g/kg, 0. 250 g/kg). Mice in dose groups were orally given eoenzyme Q^0 samples for 30 d. Then the load swimming time, hepatic glycogen level, serum urea and blood lactic acid levels after swimming were observed in these mice. Results The differences of load swimming time, blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen con- tents after swimming, hepatic glycogen contents in three dose groups and solvent control group had no statistical significance in female mice( P 〉 0.05 ). While compared to solvent control group, the load swimming time was significantly longer in medium dose group of male mice, the serum urea levels decreased significantly in medium and high dose groups of male mice after swim- ming, and the blood lactic acid levels and AUC in three dose groups of male mice decreased distinctly after 20 min swmming. Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 has effect on alleviating physical fatigue in male mice, but not in female mice.
