摘要
柴油滤清器的的滤芯结构和滤纸的性能对柴油滤清器的过滤性能都有着重要的影响。采用三维CFD分析软件fluent,建立了柴油滤清器滤芯某截面上柴油流动的的二维物理模型,并通过搭建试验台对仿真模型和仿真方法进行了可行性分析,试验结果和仿真结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:滤芯结构设计时滤纸夹角应不小于2°。
Both the structure of the filter element and the performance of the filter paper have great influence on the filtration performance of diesel filter. Computational fluid dynamics software is used in this paper to establish two-dimensional physical model of diesel flow on filter section. The feasibility of simulation model and simulation method are validated by experiments, the. results of test and simulation are almost consistent. The results also show that the filter paper angle should not be less than 2° in the filter structure design.
