摘要
对锅炉过热器化学清洗存在的技术难点进行了剖析,指出过热器化学清洗存在氧化皮难溶解、腐蚀控制、垂直弯管易堵塞等难点。对此,研发了复合柠檬酸化学清洗配方及工艺。该工艺清洗剂可快速溶解氧化皮,剥离量小,不堵塞U型或W型管,金属腐蚀速度小,对过热器系统无不利影响,使得过热器化学清洗具有可行性。
The technical difficulties of chemical cleaning were analyzed, such as insoluble ferric oxides, corrosion controlling and blockage in vertical bend tube. Thus, the composition and technique of chemical cleaning using recombination citric acid was developed. This cleaning solvent can dissolve oxides scale rapidly with little exfoliation and no blockage in U-type or W-type tubes.
