摘要
21世纪以来社会发展进入云经济时代,经济环境出现的新特点促使产业组织不断变革,价值创造活动的核心环节正在由制造过程向顾客的使用过程转变。传统产业组织正在被中枢企业构建的价值生态系统所取代,价值生态系统是云经济环境下形成的具有生态系统特征的新型产业组织,没有明确的产业边界和企业边界,进驻并栖息于价值生态系统的顾客,可以直接参与或主导价值创造流程。为了对云经济时代的价值创造机制进行理论解释,本文构建了一个由交易、流程、服务三个维度构成的价值空间模型,任何一个维度的创新都可以有效拓展价值空间。价值生态系统通过数据挖掘和资源整合实现交易创新,通过聚集顾客资源并创造顾客嵌入价值创造流程的条件实现流程创新和服务创新。进入云经济时代,传统竞争战略逐渐失去应用基础,从三个维度进行创新是企业拓展价值空间的新战略选择。价值生态系统的中枢企业与顾客之间是共生关系,各参与方在合作博弈下共同分享价值空间,分享的比例取决于各参与方合作博弈的结果。
The 21 century sees the emergence of cloud economy and evolution of industry organization in the new environment. The using process is replacing manufacturing process which was the core of value creating, as the same time, the old organizations are being taken over by VES (value ecosystem)which is a new kind of industry organization with ecological features founded by nerve-center company. The VES has no obvious industry or enterprise border, so the customers may take part in or lead the value creating process through entering and inhabiting in the VES. To explain the value creating mechanism, this paper constructs a value space model with three dimensions as transaction, process and service. Innovation of any dimension will extend the value space. The VES realizes transaction innovation by data mining and process or service innovation by mustering customers and help them embed into value creating procedure. In the cloud economy era, the conventional competition strategy is losing its base and the new strategy based on the innovation of three dimensions is growing rapidly. The symbiotic relationship between nerve-center company and its customers implies that they should share the value space, but how to share depends on the result of cooperative game between them.
