摘要
目的探讨改建后供应室以"山东省消毒供应中心评审验收标准"为依据,制定一系列质量技术管理措施并加以实施的效果,以提高供应室工作质量。方法选取2010年12月供应室改建以前用原有常规消毒供应室管理方法,共抽查器械800件为对照组;2011年12月供应室改建后实施新的质量技术管理后抽查器械800件为观察组,比较两组器械的区间器械清洗不合格率、物品包装不合格率、无菌物品质量不合格率的情况。结果实施新的质量技术管理后,供应室工作质量全面提高;区间器械清洗合格率由原来的87.8%提高至98.5%;物品包装合格率由原来的85.0%提高至98.8%;无菌物品质量合格率由94.4%提高至100.0%,科室对供应室工作满意度达98.0%,医院感染发生率明显降低。结论改建后的供应室实施新的质量技术管理能全面提高供应室工作质量,降低医院感染发生率,促进医院全面发展。
OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of implementing a series of measures for quality and technology management established by the reconstructed supply room based on ＂review and acceptance standard of disinfection supply center in Shandong province＂ （hereinafter New Standard） so as to improve work quality of supply room. METHODS A total of 800 pieces of instruments disinfected with conventional methods before supply room recon- struction in December 2010 were selected as the control group for random inspection. Another 800 pieces of instru- ments upon implementing New Standard after reconstruction in December 2010 were selected as the observation group. Interval unqualified rates in cleaning, packaging and quality of sterile materials were compared between the two groups. RESULTS After implementing the new quality and technology management, the work quality of supply room was fully improved. The interval apparatus qualified rates were increased from 87.8% to 87.8% for cleaning, 85.0% to 85.0% for packaging, 94.4% to 100. 0% for quality of sterile materials. The degree of satis- faction of departments for supply room was up to 98%, the incidence of nosocomial infection was significantly reduced. CONCLUSION Implementing the new quality and technology management in the reconstructed supply room improved the work quality of the supply room, reduced the incidence of nosocomial infection, and promoted the all-round development of hospital.
