摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)(质量比为85/15)和油酸、三油酸甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)不同改性剂的系列共混物。研究了不同改性剂对PLA/EVA共混物热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在共混物中添加3种小分子改性剂均能使PLA的结晶度明显提高,玻璃化转变温度下降,共混物的加工流动性能得到显著改善。GMA有利于共混物中分散相EVA粒径的细化。GMA和油酸起到了增塑剂的作用。当GMA和油酸质量分数都为10%时,共混物的断裂伸长率由35%分别提高到215%和189%。
PLA/EVA(85/15) blends with various small molecular modifiers(oleic acid, triolein, GMA) were prepared by melt blending. The effects of different modifiers on the thermal and mechanical properties of PI.A/EVA were studied. The results show that the crystallinity of PI.A drastically increases after adding the three small molecular modifiers in the PLA/EVA blends, respectively. The glass transition temperature of PI.A decrea ses, the processing properties of the PLA/EVA blends are improved remarkably. The minor and better dispersed EVA phase in the PLA matrix is observed with the presence of GMA. GMA and oleic acid act as plasticizers. The elongation at break of the blends reaches 215% and 189% respectively compared to 35%of PI.A/EVA blends without modifiers when the mass fraction of GMA and oleic acid is both 10%.
