摘要
用E .tenella卵囊感染雏鸡 ,通过醋酸纤维薄膜电泳检测 5种血清蛋白百分含量的变化。分别在感染后 3d和 7d进行采血检测。结果如下 :试验组的白蛋白 (% )在感染后 7d显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;试验组的α1 球蛋白 (% )在感染后 7d比在3d显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;试验组的γ球蛋白 (% )在感染后 7d极显著高于 3d和对照组 (P <0 0 1)。α2 球蛋白 (% )和β球蛋白(% )
This experiment was carried out to detect every proportion of five types of serum proteins on E.tenella-infected chickens by means of acetocellulose membrane electrophoresis. Ten 30-day-old chickens were orally infected with 1×10 4 sporulated oocysts of E.tenella with other ten chickens set as a control. The results were as follows: The albumin(%) of the infected group at 7days post-infection was significantly lower than that of the control at the same time(P<0.05);the a 1-globulin(%) at 7dpi was significantly lower than that at 3dpi in the infected group(P<0.01); the γ-globulin(%) of infected group at 7dpi was significantly higher than that at 3d and also significantly higher than that in the control at the same time (P<0.01). There were no difference of the a 2-globulin and β-globulin between 3d and 7d, and between infected group and the control as well.
