摘要
基于DSP和CPLD芯片,研究了8 kW电压型PWM整流器的硬件电路和软件设计。硬件设计包括主电路设计、控制电路设计、驱动电路设计和信号调理电路设计等部分。软件部分引入电压矢量控制策略,并给出了基于DSP芯片的实现该控制策略的算法。同时结合IPM模块制作了实验系统,结果表明达到了设计的要求,同时具有节能环保、对网侧谐波污染少的优点,具有一定的实用性。
This paper explores the design of hardware circuitry and software for the 8kW voltage type PWM rectifier based on DSP and CPLD chips.The system hardware design includes the main circuit design,control circuit design,drive circuit design and signal conditioning circuit design.The software introduces the voltage vector control strategy,as well as the algorithm for the implementation of the control strategy based on the DSP chip.Combined with IPMmodule,an experimental system is built up.The results show that the equipment meets the design requirements,has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and less harmonic pollution on the network side.It has a certain practicality.
