摘要
针对选煤厂煤泥水难以处理的问题,选用凝聚剂和絮凝剂各2种对潞安屯留矿煤泥水进行絮凝沉降试验,研究了絮凝剂单独使用、凝聚剂和絮凝剂联合使用时药剂用量、煤泥沉降速度和煤泥水浓度的关系。实验结果表明:上清液浊度达到(40±10)NTU时,随着煤泥水浓度的增加,凝聚剂与絮凝剂用量逐渐增大,而煤泥沉降速度则逐渐降低;凝聚剂与絮凝剂的联合使用比单独使用絮凝剂时的沉降效果更好,并可节省絮凝剂的用量。
Regarding to the handling problems of slime water of coal preparation plant, this paper selected two kinds of coagulant and flocculant respectively to do the flocculation-sedimentation test for slime water from Lu'an Tunliu coal mine, the relationship between sedimentation velocity and concentration of slime water under using flocculant alone and under using coagulant and flocculant together were researched respectively. It was shown that when the supernatant turbidity reached (40 ± 10) NTU, in pace with the increase of concentration of slime water, the dosage of coagulant and flocculant increased as well, while the sedimentation velocity of slime water decreased; using coagulant and flocculant together had better sedimentation effect than using flocculant alone, the flocculant could be saved as well.
