摘要
以典型高档数控机床DL-20MH型车削加工中心为试验对象,采用加速度传感器对振动信号进行监测。信号分析过程中,应用时域分析、频域分析实现了刀具磨损量与振动信号的关联,解决了生产过程中由于刀具突然损坏导致的产品质量下降问题,从而降低生产成本。
In this paper ,the typical high-grade CNC machine tool DL-20MH turning center is taken as experimental object ,the vibration signal of the machine is monitored by acceleration sensors .The time domain analysis method and frequency domain analysis method are applied to associate the tool wear and vibration signals ,the product quality problems caused by sudden damage to the tool in the production process is solved ,so as to reduce the production costs .
