摘要
介绍了某机组脱硫装置在燃用高硫煤时脱硫添加剂应用试验,结果表明添加剂能降低钙硫比、提高石膏品质、缓冲吸收塔浆液pH值波动,可满足燃煤硫分超出设计值30%的脱硫效率,分析其经济性主要体现在煤价的节约。此外,使用脱硫添加剂对脱硫设备的安全运行无不利影响,GGH和除雾器的堵塞状况得到改善。
In this paper the application of desulphurization additive in the flue gas desulphurization of some unit for high-sulfur coal is introduced,The results show that the desulphurization additive can reduce the Ca/s ratio,en-hance the quality of gypsum,buffer the pH fluctuation of absorption and satisfy the desulphurization efficiency when the coal quality was more than the 30% design valve. The economic in the coal saving was analyzed. Moreover, the application of desulphurization additive has no adverse effect on the safe operation for the desulphurization e-quipment,it has remarkably improved the scaling in GGH and demister.
