摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司1.2 Mt/a加氢精制(二)B装置选用石油化工科学研究院针对柴油超深度脱硫而开发的RTS工艺技术包,生产符合欧Ⅴ排放标准的清洁柴油。介绍了RTS工艺技术改造后试车情况及开工后催化剂的性能。初期应用结果表明:该柴油加氢装置进料流量稳定在满负荷160 m3/h,氢油体积比265,一反空速1.91 h-1,二反空速5.59 h-1,反应温度336℃,操作压力控制在6.4 MPa,反应器入口氢分压6.12MPa时,可以生产符合欧Ⅴ排放标准的清洁柴油,装置能耗比设计能耗下降0.8单位。 RTS process package developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for ultra deep desulfurization was selected for the 1.2 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company to produce clean diesel meeting Euro V specifications. The test operations and catalyst performance after revamping of RTS process are described. The results of initial application show that : the diesel hydrotrearing unit is able to produce clean diesel meeting Euro V specifications when the feed flow rate is in the full load of 160 m^3/h, the hydrogen to oil volume ratio is 265, the space velocity of first reactor is 1.91 h^-1, the space velocity of second reactor is 5.59 h^-1, the reaction temperature is 336 ℃, the operating pressure is controlled at 6.4 MPa and the hydrogen partial pressure of reactor inlet is 6.12 MPa. Under these conditions, the energy consumption is 0.8 kgEo/t lower than the design specification.
