基于激光跟踪仪测量机器人距离精度的试验设计 被引量:2

摘要 机器人检测距离误差的检测试验是机器人精度检测的重要部分。文章利用激光跟踪仪(LTS)检测,并设计LTS靶球的安放法兰对机器人末端进行精度检测。并通过求解机器人末端运动的最大立方体,满足ISO 9283:1998标准要求,实现机器人末端的距离精度检测,并分析了机器人安放靶球法兰盘误差的处理方法。
