摘要 低碳循环生态农业是一种生态增值的农业生产方式,具有低排放、低能耗、低污染的特征,目前已逐渐成为世界各国的共识。发展低碳农业必须转变传统农业的"高碳经济"模式,力求取得最大的经济、社会和生态效益。在浙江省人多地少的背景下,构建低碳循环生态农业模式有着重要的现实意义。为此,该文联系浙江省实际,探讨了如何构建低碳循环生态农业,转变全省农业种植业和养殖业发展模式的思路。 The low-carbon cycled and ecological agriculture is a way with ecological value in agricultural production,and which has gradually become the consensus of most countries in the world,because of the characteristics of low emissions,low energy consumptions and low pollutions. The development of low-carbon agriculture must change the mode of"high-carbon economy"in traditional agriculture and made every effort to obtain the biggest economic,social and ecological benefits. Under the background of the population and land in Zhejiang Province,it has an important and practical significance to build a model of low-carbon cycle of ecological agriculture. In view of the above,the paper proposed how to construct the low-carbon cycled and ecological agriculture,and transformed the way of thinking in the developing mode of planting and breeding,according to the actual situation in Zhejiang Province.
