摘要
针对零件三坐标测量所需检测信息的获取要求,在通用三维CAD软件Pro/E环境下,将生成三维零件模型的造型历史过程作为信息的提取顺序,从零件模型特征元素树中提取出零件造型常用体素几何信息和由任意截面形状拉伸或旋转而成的复杂特征几何信息,并从模型数据中提取出公差信息,根据测量要求对属于同一特征的公差信息进行几何信息关联匹配。通过该方法所提取的零件检测信息,可为零件三坐标测量规划提供数据基础。
According to the part measurement information required of coordinate measuring machine inspection ,by the historical process modelling of Pro/E three-dimensional part model as information extraction sequence ,the geometry information of common characteristics ,some complex extrude characteristics and rotational characteristics created by the arbitrary shape section can be extracted through the feature element tree in the three-dimensional CAD software environment ,the tolerance information can be extracted from the model ,then the geometric feature information can be matched with the tolerance information based on the re -quirements ,the parts detection information extracted based on the method can provide the data for the parts coordinate measuring machine measurement planning .
