摘要
以某三轮摩托车排气系统为研究对象,对其进行模态分析和挂钩位置优化。首先,利用有限元软件Hypermesh和Nastran建立三轮摩托车排气系统有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析;然后,应用平均驱动自由度位移法,优化了排气系统的挂钩位置,使得系统的固有频率避开发动机的激励频率;最后,对排气系统进行强度校核,分析优化后的排气系统在各种工况下的应力应变情况。
For the exhaust system of a motor tricycle ,the modal is analysis and hook location is optimized .First,FEM modal of the exhaust system is computed by finite element software for Hypermesh and Nastran .And then,base on the Average Driving Degree of Freedom Displacement(ADDOFD) method,the location of the hook is optimized ,the natural frequency of the system is kept a-way from exciting frequency of the engine .Finally,the strength of the exhaust system is analysis .
