摘要
互联网金融作为近年来金融业的热点问题,已经引发了社会各界的广泛关注。本文划分了互联网金融的几种模式,回顾了互联网金融的国际国内现状,论述了互联网金融对传统金融的影响,提出了互联网金融的监管难度和监管对策。
As one of the financial hot issues in recent years, the intemet finance has attracted public attentions increasingly. The paper clarifies the modes of the intemet finance, reviews its domestic as well as international status, discusses the influences of the in- temet finance on the traditional finance, and puts forward the supervision difficulties and policy suggestions.
