摘要
通过DSC差热分析、硬度和电导率测试,室温拉伸及显微组织的分析,研究了时效对7N01铝合金型材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,自然时效过程中,过饱和固溶体析出GP区使得电导率下降而硬度上升,在自然放置10d后逐渐趋于稳定;在110℃4h+140%(0~30)h下进行人工时效,在6h强度达到峰值,14h后,硬度及电导率的变化趋势减弱,20h后,电导率达到峰值并趋于稳定。
Effect of ageing on microstructure and properties of 7N01 aluminum alloy profiles was investigated by DSC differential thermal analysis, hardness and conductivity test, tensile test at ambient temperature and analysis on its microstructure. The results showed that electrical conductivity decreased and hardness increased in natural ageing resulted from precipitation zone GP of the supersaturated solid solution ,which tended to be stable after 10 days at ambient temperature. Artificial ageing was carried out at 110℃ 4 h + 140℃ (0 -30) h,in which peak hardness was obtained at 6 h, amplification of hardness and electrical conductivity were slight after 14 h, and peak and stable electrical conductivity were gained at 20 h.
