摘要
在当前竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,企业供应链能否针对实际的市场情况进行快速响应已经成为企业站稳脚跟的主要因素之一。首先阐述某企业影响供应链快速响应的因素,其次运用思维流程图的方法分析这些影响因素并提出改善设想。实践证明将约束理论运用到供应链快速响应中必将为企业的发展做出重大的贡献。
In the current increasingly competitive market environment, whether the enterprise supply chain can fast response in the actual market situation has become one of the main factors affecting enterprise living. In this paper, the factors that affect rapid re- sponse supply chain business were elaborated and the method of thinking flowchart was adopted to analyze these factors and in]prove- ments envisioned were proposed. Practice has proved that the theory of constraints applied to the quick response of supply chain is bound to make a significant contribution to the development of enterprises.
