摘要
"校中厂"作为高职院校产学合作的典型模式之一在许多高职院校中推广,以珠海城市职业技术学院数控技术专业为例,积极实践"校中厂"产学合作模式,构建"校中厂"多功能平台、运行保障机制、效益评价体系;并阐述"校中厂"多功能阶段效益,总结出"校中厂"为切入点的数控技术专业"三岗递进、学做合一"的工学结合人才培养模式改革实践。
"Factories in colleges" , as one of the typical models of industry-academy cooperation, spread across higher vocational colleges. Taking Numerical Control major in Zhuhai City Polytechnic as an example, the mode of "factories in colleges" is actively put into practice, and the relevant multifunctional platform, the operation security mechanism, and the performance assessment system are constructed. The article elaborates the benefit of multifunctional platform of "factories in colleges" , and makes conclusion on the reform practice of work-integrated learning mode which starts from the mode of "factories in colleges" for Numerical Control major students to achieve "three positions one by one and learning integrated doing" mode of talents training reform.
