摘要
目的:观察免疫放射分析与微粒子化学发光法检验血清促甲状腺素(TSH)的价值。方法:分别采用免疫放射分析与微粒子化学发光法检测40份血清标本的TSH水平。结果:免疫放射法、微粒子化学分析法测量的TSH水平分别为(7.889±0.355)、(8.077±0.299)μIU/mL,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.532,P>0.05)。两种方法测定TSH值具有较好的相关性(γ=0.99)。结论:免疫放射分析与微粒子化学发光法检验血清TSH水平具有较好相关性。
Objective: To determine the diagnostic value of immunoradiometric and chemiluminescence assay for assessment of serum thyrosin stimulating hormone (TSH). Methods: Forty serum samples were subject to measurement of TSH by using the two different techniques. Results: Immunoradiometric and chemiluminescence assay yielded an unmarked difference in the detected level of TSH [ ( 7. 889 ±0. 355 ) vs (8. 077 ± 0. 299) μIu/mL, P 〉 0. 05 ]. The measured TSH values correlated well between the two techniques ( r = 0.99) Conclusion: The measured TSH values correlated well between the two techniqugs.
