摘要
通过对少数民族大学生的调查,并结合高校少数民族学生教育管理的实践经验,分析了当前高校少数民族学生干部队伍中存在的问题、成因及其成长成才的必备素质,并提出加强少数民族大学生干部培养教育的对策。
According to the research and the experience of educational administration to ethnic minority college students, the problems, causes and the qualities of individual development in student cadres are analyzed,and strategies of developing ethnic minority student cadres are presented.
