摘要
以阜新天然沸石为原料,利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、红外光谱(IR)、差热(DT)对其进行分析。研究了烧改性、酸改性、碱改性、盐改性和有机改性等方法对沸石除氟效果的影响,并对改性沸石的除氟机理进行了探讨。结果表明:采用450℃焙烧4h,1.0mol/L氢氧化钠浸泡24h,1.5mol/L硫酸铝钾浸泡36h的方法复合改性沸石,沸石粒度为40—60目,静态除氟固液比为5:100(g:mL),可使10mg/L的模拟废水氟离子浓度降低到1.0mg/L以下,达到国家饮用水含氟标准。
The natural zeolite is used as raw material,which is analysed by XRD, IR and DT. and studies the influence of roasting, acid, alkali modification, modification methods of salt and organic modification zeolite on fluorine removal, the mechanism of fluorine removal by modified zeolite is also discussed. The results show that using the modified zeolite when roasted the time of 4 h at the temperature of 450 ℃ , soaked NaOH concentration of 1.0 mol/L with the time of 24 h and soaked KAI( SO4 ) 2 concentration of 1.5 mol/L with the time of 36 h, immersing zeolite particle with the size of 40-60 mesh, and static fluoride removel in solid-liquid at ratio of 5:100 (g: mL) , can make the fluorine of 10 mg/L simulated wastewater decreased to 1.0 mg/L, the water quality can meet the national drinking water standard of fluoride concentration.
