摘要 分析无刷直流电机控制原理,设计一款基于MC9S12XS128单片机的直流无刷电机控制系统。介绍无刷电机控制器的硬、软件设计方案,实现无刷电机的正反转、起停控制、调速控制、过流保护等功能。实验证明,控制系统运行效果良好,具有成本低、易维护、稳定性好等优点,适合在小型电动车中广泛推广。 According to the analysis of the control theory of BLDC (brushless DC motor)and the design of a BLDC′s system based on MC9S12XS128 micro-controller,this article introduces the hardware and software design scheme of the BLDC′s controller to implement the functions of the BLDC′s forward or backward control, start-stop control,speed control,over-current protection,and so on.The experiment shows that the control system works well,which is characterized by the low cost,easy maintenance and good stability,and can be widely applied in small electric cars.
