摘要
针对传统钢筋土钉墙支护存在钢筋残留、影响基坑周边桩基础施工的问题,提出了玻璃纤维土钉墙支护方案。以昆明南站站的地铁基坑支护为背景,以普通土钉墙支护设计理论为依据,对玻璃纤维土钉的材料特性、设计计算方法作了较详细的论述。通过与传统土钉墙的综合对比,论证了该方案的经济技术合理性,提出了对应玻璃纤维筋土钉的构造要求及施工注意事项,并成功指导施工,可为类似基坑支护工程设计提供参考。
In traditional soil nailing wall construction,the residual steel often influences the pile construction near the foundation pit.To solve this problem,a scheme of adopting GFRP soil nailing wall in foundation pit support scheme is put forward.According to practical conditions of Kunming South Station and the theory of steel soil nailing support,the material properties,design calculation and constructional requirements of this scheme are discussed in detail.Compared with traditional nailing wall,the GFRP one is proved to be economic and feasible,then structure requirements and precautions are pointed out to serve as a reference for the similar projects.
