摘要 智能化断路器是智能化变电站的重要组成部件,针对户内12 kV(VS1)真空断路器的机械特性的在线监测关键技术、设计方法进行了论述。叙述了在线监测与离线测试相比在设计中的难点及区别。重点对在线监测中角位移传感器和直线位移传感器的使用进行了分析及实验设计,认为角位移传感器理论试验可以满足测试要求,但是对于部件的机械加工及安装要求比较高;直线位移传感器由于直接安装到动静触头的运动方向上,最能够直接反映断路器的行程—时间特性。因此测试的精度及一致性很好,可以满足工业批量生产。并对刚分、刚合点的电流通断取样法、辅助开关的通断取样法、振动传感器取样法3种取样方法进行了详细阐述及实验设计验证。最后确认振动传感器取样法最能满足实际的使用要求。 Intelligent circuit breaker is an importance part of intelligent substation. This paper introduce the on-line monitoring key technology, design method for mechanical characteristics of indoor 12 kV(VS1) vacuum circuit breaker, and introduce difficulty and difference in design for on-line monitoring and off-line test. Keystone analysis and experiment design on the application of the angle sensor and beeline sensor use in on-line monitoring, and it is considered that the theorical test of angle sensor can meet the test requirements, but for machining parts and installation requirements are relatively high. Due to the beeline sensor is mounted directly to the direction of movement of the movable contact, can most directly reflect the circuit breaker travel/time characteristic. So the test precision and consistency are good, which can meet the industrial mass production. The quantity produced as the result of one operation satisfy industry manufacture. Sampling method of current close-open and auxiliary switch close-open and vibration sensor expatiate for moment-open and moment-close. The results show that, vibration sensor meet the requirements of use.
