江汉油田含油污水深度处理工艺应用技术探索 被引量:1

摘要 低渗透油田由于储层孔喉细小,在注水开发过程中,对注入水水质要求十分严格,因此含油污水的深度处理至关重要,是水质净化(除油和除悬浮物)的关键环节之一。本文根据油田含油污水的水质特征及危害性提出了水质深度处理的必要性,结合江汉油田污水水质特点,对污水处理工艺进行了选择,对纤维束和金属膜两种精细过滤处理工艺的应用进行了总结和分析,并结合处理实际就深度处理工艺的适用性提出了几点建议。 Because the reservoir stratum in low permeability oilfield has a small pore throat, it has strict requirements for the quality of injection water in the process of waterflood development. It means that oily sewage advanced treat- ment is critical and one of key points in water purification (oil and soliquoid removing). In view of oily sewage char- acteristics and perniciousness in Jianghan Oilfield, this paper presents the necessity of water quality advanced treat- ment, analyzes the application of two fine filtration treatment technologies with fiber bundle and metallic membrane and accordingly puts forward some suggestions on their applicability so as to provide the basis for improving injection water quality in low permeabilitv reservoir.
