摘要
以河南省的18个省辖市为区域分析单元,运用1998—2011年间的相关数据,采用面板数据模型分析外商直接投资(FDI)的区域分布不均衡对河南省区域经济发展的影响。结果显示,FDI是促进河南省区域经济发展的一个重要因素,但FDI的空间分布不平衡却加剧了区域经济发展的不平衡。为有效引进和利用外资及发挥FDI在缩小河南省区域经济发展差异中的作用,需要改善投资环境,吸引FDI的流入;采取灵活多层次的引资政策,提高引资质量;提高当地企业技术的吸收能力,进一步提升FDI企业的溢出效应。
Taking 18 provincial cities in Henan as regional analysis units,with relevant data 1998- 2011 and adopting panel data model,the author studies the influence of disproportion of Foreign Direct Investment( FDI) in Henan different regions on regional economic development in Henan. The result shows that FDI is an important factor to promote Henan regional economic development,yet the spacial disproportion of FDI has aggravated the imbalance of economic development in different regions. In order to effectively bring in and make use of foreign investment and give play to the function of FDI in reducing the disparity of economic development in different regions in Henan,We need to make efforts on following points: Improve the investment environment so as to attract FDI flowing in; Adopt the flexible policy of import capital and improve the quality of import capital; Enhance the capability of local enterprises' absorbing new technology so as to increase the spillover effect of FDI businesses.
