摘要
技能感知是衡量课程能力培养的重要指标。文章以湖南2所大学为例,基于旅游从业技能理想模型,运用时间序列纵向比较研究方法,探讨旅游专业本科学生对跨课程培养旅游从业技能感知的变化。研究发现,在跟踪调查4学年内,每一学年始末学生对跨课程技能的感知相似,5大技能感知水平有微弱提升,其他8大技能感知则起伏不定;在个人技能方面,总体感知水平也普遍较低,学年末"团队工作"感知水平比学年始始终要差;学生对工具技能感知略微提升;学生对系统技能的感知几乎没有提升。
Skills perception is an important indicator to measure the ability of curriculum training. We study the change of skills perception in tourism industry of the tourism undergraduates from the training point of cross-curriculum by taking two universities in Hunan as examples and using time series of the longitudinal comparative study method based on the ideal model of the skills in tourism industry. The result shows that within the four academic years (2008-2012), there are the similarities in skills perception of cross-curriculum of undergraduate each school year. There are five kinds of skills perception ascending slightly, and the other eight kinds of skills perception show up and down; in the perspective of personal skills, the overall level of awareness is generally lower, especially at the end of the school year; students' skills perception of tool raise slightly; and students' skills perception of system is almost no promotion.
