集装箱起重机半物理仿真系统的研究与设计 被引量:3

摘要 集装箱起重机培训过程中存在时间长、效率低和环境受限等问题,为了改进集装箱起重机培训模式,构建了一种基于视景仿真技术的集装箱起重机半物理仿真系统。对系统进行功能需求分析,给出了系统结构的总体构架,在此基础上,运用视景仿真技术和实时碰撞检测技术实现了系统的开发。系统可以动态地载入三维模型,构建逼真的视景仿真环境,结合物理实验平台,在虚拟集装箱货场中完成特定的操作作业。应用测试结果表明,该系统可靠适用,可以满足集装箱起重机司机日常训练的需求。 To solve the problems of the long period, low efficiency, limits of environment existed in the course of container crane training, and to improve the container crane training mode, a type of hybrid simulation system based on visual scenery simulation technology is designed. Based on the ~unctional requirements of system, the overall framework of system is presented. On the basis of overall framework, the development of whole system is realized with visual scenery simulation technology and collision detection technology. In the simulation system, the dynamic loading of three-dimensional models is realized and the visual simu- lation environment is built. Integrated with physical experimental platform, the specific hoisting operation can be accomplished in the virtual container yard. The results of application tests show that the hardware-in-loop simulation system for container cranes is reliable and applicable and has considerable practical value.
