摘要
目的:了解社区居民的中医药卫生服务支出,分析其主要影响因素。方法:利用调查问卷通过入户调查的方式对居民进行调查,使用均数、百分比及卡方检验等方法对资料进行描述、比较,并利用路径分析对影响因素进行研究。结果:最终对居民中医药支出产生影响的因素分别为年龄、自评健康状况、对中医药服务的态度以及年医疗支出。结论:年龄越大、年医疗支出越多,对中医药服务态度越支持,自评健康状况越差,其年中医药支出越高。
Objective To study the urban community residents＇ expenditure in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, and ana- lyze its main influencing factors. Methods Questionnaire was used to survey sampled households. Data was descriptively analyzed with mean, percentage and chi-square test. And path analysis was used to study its influencing factors. Results The main factors in- fluencing expenditure in Traditional Chinese Medicine were age, self-reported health status, attitude toward TCM and annual medi- cal cost. Conclusion The expenditure in TCM increased with the growth of age, total expenditure of healthcare and attitude toward TCM, and the worsen condition of serf-reported health.
