摘要
目的:为提高福建省基层临床医师专业水平,更好地服务于海西卫生事业。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,按照省内各地经济水平及卫生人员数量对福州、厦门、泉州、三明、宁德五地市的基层临床医师进行抽样调查。结合相关文献研究,综合运用Epidata、Excel、SPSS等软件进行统计分析。结果:对比发现,福建省基层临床医师与三级乙等以上医疗机构临床医师继续医学教育现状(如实际覆盖程度、教育效果、满意度、执行情况、相应期望值等方面)存在一定的统计学差异。结论:需要针对目前差异并结合基层临床医师的实际需求,有的放矢地进行改进。
Objective To improve the professional skills of grass-roots clinical doctors in Fujian Province so as to provide better services. Methods Grass-roots clinical doctors were chosen in Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Sanming and Ningde of Fujian Province by stratified random sampling according to economic condition and quantity of medical staffs. And data was analyzed with software of Epidata, Excel and SPSS. Results There had significant differences of continuing medical education between grass-roots clinical doctors and doctors in comprehensive hospitals. Conclusion Some countermeasures which meet the requirement of grass-roots clini- cal doctors should be implemented to imorove the continuing medical education.
