摘要
利用半桥变换器原边电路寄生的双向Buck/Boost电路,将两路半桥变换器原边并联、变压器副边绕组串联并共用输出整流滤波支路,提出一种新型并串联交错式三端口半桥变换器拓扑。通过调节变换器原边桥臂开关管的占空比,实现原边输入源和蓄电池电压/功率的调节;通过原边两桥臂的移相控制,实现副边负载侧功率控制,并使得所有开关管都具备软开关的能力。详细分析变换器的工作原理,给出设计要点。通过实验验证所提出拓扑和理论分析的正确性。
A parallel/series-interleaved three-port halfbridge converter is proposed. This converter is composed of two half-bridge converters. The primary circuits of the two half-bridge converters are paralleled, and the secondary windings of the transformer are in series and share a common rectifier/filter circuit. The parasitized Buck/Boost converter in the primary side of the half-bridge converter is utilized to interface a primary source and a battery. The duty cycles of the switches are used to balance the voltage/power of the primary source and the battery. Load side control and zero-voltageswitching of the switches are achieved by introducing phase-shift control between the two switching-bridges on the primary side. The operation principles are analyzed in detail with voltage relations and design considerations given and verified with experimental results.
