摘要
针对原螺纹钢筋四线切分存在1 500-2 000mm线差的问题,采用有限元模拟软件Deform对Φ12mm螺纹四切分精轧过程进行三维有限元模拟,通过研究孔型充满度对线差的影响,进而对精轧道次K6,K5,K4,K3孔型进行参数优化。结果表明:孔型参数优化后,在90m倍尺下,Φ12mm四切分线差可控制在200mm以内。
The finishing process of four-slitting rolling of Ф12 mm hot rolled ribbed steel bars was simulated to resolve the lines-difference of 1500-2 000 mm by tri-dimensional finite element simulation software Deform. The parameters of K6, K5, I4, K3 finishing passes were optimized after the study of the full degree impact on the lines-difference. The result shows that the difference between four lines can be controlled below 200 mm in the 90 m length.
