摘要
目的獉獉:探讨刺五加对24 h持续黑暗环境下果蝇睡眠节律改变的干预作用。方法獉獉:以果蝇为观察对象,分空白、模型和模型给药组,模型给药组给予浓度为0.25%、1%、4%的刺五加,以睡眠时间和睡眠-觉醒节律为考察指标,用DAMS 24h监测,考察刺五加对果蝇的干预。结果獉獉:刺五加能增加果蝇连续活动时间,减少片段化睡眠,影响睡眠节律,0.25%组对雌果蝇作用明显(P<0.01);1%组对雄果蝇作用明显(P<0.05)。结论獉獉:刺五加能改善24 h持续黑暗环境下果蝇睡眠节律。
Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a Chinese medicine - CIWUJIA (CWJ) on the sleep rhythm of 7 - day - old drosophilas under 24 h constant darkness environment. Methods: Seven -day -old drosophilas were picked out and divided into blank control group, model group and medication administration group with three doses. Medication administration group are given different concentrations of 0. 25, 1 and 4 percent of CWJ. DAMS was used to explore the dose - effect relationship of CWJ on the sleep duration and sleep rhythm after 24h continuous monitoring in the same light intensity. Results: CWJ partly increased the number of drosophila' s activity, reduced the fragments of drosophila' s sleep time and changed the sleep rhythm, especially in 0.25 percent of CWJ in female drosophilas ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and 1 percent of CWJ changed male drosophilas greatly ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: CWJ can improve drosophila' s sleep rhythm in 24h constant darkness environment.
