摘要
根据减速航行可节油的理论规律,阐述了推行减速航行节油在锦州港作业中的可行性。对港作拖轮开展能耗平衡测试,对耗油的相关参数进行了测试,对减速航行节油的经济效益测算,并确定具体实施方案。
According to the theory and the general rule that a ship navigating at reduced speed may save the fuel,discussion is made on the feasibility of practice of low speed of harbour craft for low consumption of fuel in the operation of Jinzhou Port. Tests for craft energy consumption parameters have been conducted for the calculation of economic benefit from the enegy conservation by navigation at reduced speed,followed by the establishment of the plan of practical implementation.
